PRINCIPAL'S UPDATE
Dear ARHS Families,

I would like to take a moment to highlight the work of the ARHS Student Council, which organized the third annual Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament (see above). The student leaders and advisors have done outstanding work this year - building on successes from previous years - to plan events that are both fun and engaging for students of all interests and abilities.

Today’s tournament is a simple concept, but one that has proved to be incredibly enjoyable each year, giving students a chance to connect with one another in a fun and accessible way. Similarly, Student Council developed several inclusive and engaging elements of this year’s Pep Rally, including new additions like a spelling bee and a paper airplane contest, alongside traditional favorites like tug-of-war.

Thank you to our Student Council leaders, along with their advisors, Ms. Turner and Ms. Braun, for organizing today’s event and for continuing to find ways to make our school more inclusive and reflective of the full ARHS community.

Have a wonderful Spring Break.
Sincerely,
Sean Bevan

P.S. Thank you to Junior Natalie Cayer, whose ARHS logo above celebrates the Boston Marathon. Natalie created the image last year in Graphic Design for Publications—great work!
