PRINCIPAL'S UPDATE
Dear ARHS families,

I hope that our week was a good one and that you have fun, Autumn-themed plans for the weekend.

I want to take this opportunity to note that October is National Bullying Awareness Month, which serves as an important reminder for us to continue fostering a safe, inclusive environment for all students. Bullying can have long-lasting effects on students' well-being, academic performance, and overall sense of belonging, which is the focus of much of our work. If you have concerns that your child or someone else you know has been the victim of bullying, we are eager to hear about it. There are multiple ways to report bullying: you can call or email the administrator assigned to your child's grade or you can submit a tip through the Say Something tip line. The tip line can be used for other kinds of reports as well, including concerns that someone you know may hurt themselves or others.

More information about bullying prevention is available from StopBullying.gov.

Have a great weekend.

Sincerely,
Sean Bevan
